These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rampart Advisory website and services. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Rampart Advisory provides cybersecurity consulting and virtual CISO services. Specific scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in individual engagement agreements or statements of work.
Retainer fees are billed monthly in advance. One-time engagements are billed as specified in the engagement agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Rampart Advisory's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Cybersecurity advisory services reduce risk but cannot guarantee complete protection against all threats. We provide professional guidance based on current best practices and available information.
Either party may terminate a retainer engagement with 30 days written notice. One-time engagements cannot be cancelled after work has commenced.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States.
